An individual’s full legal name, date of birth, and gender are displayed at the top of the Personal Info tab. This information cannot be modified here – only the individual themselves can make changes to their personal information.  if there are any inaccuracies please contact ITA Customer Service directly for assistance.

Contact Information

An individual’s mailing address, email, phone number and fax number may be viewed, but may only be edited by the individual.

Private training providers do not have access to apprentices’ contact info.
