If you are a contact for more than one sponsoring employer in Direct Access, you will be prompted to specify which organization you are reporting hours for before you can create a new report of WBT hours.

You may only report hours for one sponsor org per Work Based Training report – to make reports for more than one sponsor you must begin a new report of WBT hours for each sponsor from the Home menu or report individually per-apprentice from the apprentice’s file.
