If you have previously activated your Direct Access account but have forgotten your password, you may enter your Individual ID on this page to reset your password. You will be required to answer the Secret Question that you set-up when you activated your account. Secret questions are not case-sensitive, ie it does not matter if you type ‘Molly’ or ‘molly’.

Please Note that you may only reset your password if you have previously activated your Direct Access account. If you are an active apprentice or sponsor and have not yet received an invitation email containing your temporary password, your invitation will be sent when you register with ITA.
