If you have previously activated your Direct Access around but have forgotten your Individual ID, you may enter your email address on this page to have it emailed to you.

Please Note that you may only recover your Individual ID if you have already activated your Direct Access account. If you are an active apprentice or sponsor and have not yet received an invitation letter or email containing your temporary password, your letter will be sent to you beginning in spring 2011.

Other Ways to Find Your Individual ID

Your Individual ID is the six-digit** number which can be found on your Apprentice registration card or log-book (certain trades only) info page. This number also appears on all ITA transcripts. On older documents this number may be labeled TWID, Tradeworker ID, or Registration Number.
